How to order
The shopping cart function has been removed. We’ve not been able to find an automated shopping cart that can come close to replacing human intervention, especially when it comes to dealing with live plants. There are just too many variables for software to compute. We think you deserve to know that you’re receiving personal attention when you invest your hard-earned dollars. You want to receive what you expect, when you expect to receive it, and above all know that there is a live person on the other end working hard to ensure all goes well.
Ordering is simple
Send us an email, after you’ve made your selection(s) from the catalog. Tell us what you’d like, where you want us to send it (complete shipping address and telephone number please), and any other details you need us to consider – such as if it’s a gift. After receiving your order we’ll confirm availability, choose the shipping method, calculate your total cost and email you an invoice that you can pay online. We’ll ship promptly after we’ve received your payment.
Minimum Order
$35 is the minimum domestic order. Minimum for foreign orders is negotiable.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by either UPS or FedEx Ground. The criteria used to select which service is used are weight, dimensions, contents of your package, weather, and distance you are from Durham Botanicals Florida nursery. We also offer express delivery when you need your order fast. Let us know your needs when you send your order
Extreme Weather Shipping
We’ll check the upcoming weather forecast when we get your order. We don’t have set, or standard, rules about shipping into, or through, extreme weather. Decisions are made based on the durability of the plants you order and the severity of the weather. Ask us if you have concerns. We can discuss options.
